Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive full refund minus processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to penalties based on vendor policies.

Clients must possess valid driver licenses and meet age requirements (21+ for vehicle rentals). You are responsible for following all traffic laws and regulations during your road trip.

Liability and Insurance

Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel and vehicle insurance. Sure Road Journeys provides coordination services but is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages during travel.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide comparable alternatives when possible.

Dispute Resolution
